The space

The neighborhood
Fairfax is close in and quiet. The walk to Cleveland Clinic's main campus, including Miller Family Pavilion, runs five to ten minutes, and a Cleveland Clinic shuttle stop is five minutes from the entrance on days when the weather or the schedule says ride. Meijer Fairfax Market is five minutes on foot, a full grocery store with a coffee shop and a gift shop attached. The courtyard is a sheltered place to log the first laps when the sidewalk still feels ambitious.
