A furnished two bedroom apartment in downtown Cleveland, two minutes from Rocket Arena, with two full bathrooms and a queen bed in each room. It is the layout two couples usually want: nobody sleeps on the couch and nobody waits for a shower. Parking in the building's garage is included, which counts for more downtown than it sounds.

The space
The two bedrooms sit at opposite ends of an open living and dining area, each with a queen bed and its own TV. Both bathrooms are full baths with a tub and shower, stocked with towels and the small things people forget to pack. The living room has a full size couch and two accent chairs facing a large smart TV. That couch is not a sofa bed, so this apartment sleeps four rather than six, which is the point of it. Plush carpet runs through the living space and both bedrooms, with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is a working one: stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, wine glasses, pots and pans. Four chairs at the dining table, four bar stools at the counter, and a desk if one of you has to work Friday morning.

The neighborhood
East 4th Street and its restaurants are three minutes out, close enough to walk to dinner and walk back after. Playhouse Square is the same three minutes, Rocket Arena two, Progressive Field one. The Warehouse District is a walk west. Cleveland State University is three minutes east and Ohio City six minutes across the river. Cleveland Clinic's main campus is a ten minute drive and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport twelve.
