I was locked out from 5:30p-9p. Left keys in Apartment Airbnb (totally my fault). Andrea (the host) told me to wait outside until someone walked out, even after I asked to pay fee for locking my keys and all communication devices in the Airbnb. Felt unsafe especially after dark and physically fatigued from walking to fire department and police station for respite and to use computer to communicate with my host Andrea.. This Host had no back-up plan for lock outs. After 3.5 hours a resident heard my verbal plea and let me in. I offered the resident to go into my apartment as I explained everything in my Airbnb so she would feel safe letting me in.

Honestly was such a cute little apartment! Very cozy and in a good space. It is near basically everything you would need. Everything we went to do was 20 minutes max. We booked last minute and she responded right away! She was gave great instructions and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would book again and would one million percent recommend this place to others!
