The space
The living room has two large swivel accent chairs alongside the sofa, so nobody in a full room ends up facing the wrong way. The sofa itself opens into a queen bed. One bedroom has a king and the other a queen, each with a closet, blackout roller blinds and a ceiling fan. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower over a bathtub and one with a glass-door shower. The kitchen has quartz counters, full-size stainless appliances and room for two people to work without knocking elbows, and there is a desk for anyone still logging in. Hardwood floors run through every room.

The neighborhood
Parking anywhere near the main campus is its own daily problem, and it is solved here: the car goes into the residential garage and stays there, since the campus is across the street and the Cleveland Clinic shuttle stops in front of the building. Meijer Fairfax Market downstairs covers groceries without moving the car at all, a full store with a coffee shop and a gift shop rather than a lobby market. Fairfax is residential and quiet after dark. Case Western Reserve University is two minutes by car, University Hospitals five and Little Italy six. Downtown Cleveland is twelve minutes and the airport fifteen.
