Andrea was super responsive with any concerns. Property has private parking. Appears as photographed. Although the distance to Cleveland Clinic is walkable, 8’d still made the short drive. Easy ingress and egress from the apartment. Would definitely rent from Andrea again.

Stayed here for 2 nights while taking a family member to the Cleveland Clinic. Was easy to find, parking lot was secure and well lighted. The apartment was clean and spacious. Coming to Cleveland Clinic for frequent appts, we've stayed at several of Andrea's places (including a different apartment in this building). I normally wouldn't look at a new listing with no reviews, but since it was hers, I didn't hesitate. We weren't disappointed. Spacious, clean, uncluttered, and something many airbnb hosts don't think of--luggage racks. Parking is adjacent to the building and the lot is gated. The lock box you need to access upon arrival can be tricky to find in the dark, so keep that in mind if it's your first time staying in this building. There is a bit of a walk from the building entrance to the elevator, then to the unit. It's all level (no stairs), but something to keep in mind if you have any mobility limitations. There is supposed to a wagon/cart at the entrance for carrying groceries and the like, but it's not always there and has been quite dirty when we have seen it.
