The space
Hardwood runs through the open living and dining area. The work desk is in the living room, near oversized windows and a patio door, and there is a real dining table as well as the kitchen bar, so a laptop and a meal do not have to compete for the same surface. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless appliances and a quartz bar with stool seating facing the living room. Both bedrooms hold a queen bed, a closet with hangers and shelving, and premium blinds. The sofa opens into a queen bed if a sixth person joins. There are two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom. Coffee, filters, cream and sugar are here when you arrive.

The neighborhood
University Circle keeps the universities, the hospitals and most of the city's museums inside about a square mile. The Cleveland Institute of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Art are both in the Circle, and the Cleveland Museum of Art and Severance Music Center are a three-minute drive. Case Western Reserve University's campus starts two minutes from the door, and Cleveland State University is seven if teaching takes you west. Little Italy is six minutes out for dinner and downtown Cleveland is twelve.
