Stayed here while visiting our sister in the University Hospitals. The location was perfect and the home was everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Red Door Duplex in Cleveland. The exterior of the property was well maintained, and the interior was nicely decorated with thoughtful touches that made the space feel welcoming. Andrea was an excellent host—very responsive, accommodating, and quick to address concerns. She even reimbursed us for a damaged phone charger after rainwater entered the room and affected the outlet where it was plugged in, which we greatly appreciated. That said, there were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that should be addressed. In the bedroom where I stayed, I found hair on the sheets and what appeared to be a small worm in the bedding. During a heavy rainstorm, water leaked into our bedroom through the window and from an area near the closet. As a result, the room felt damp and developed a musty odor for the remainder of our stay. The water coming from the closet area seemed to indicate a larger maintenance issue that may need attention. There were also a

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! We were there for commencement weekend, and the location was centrally located to all Case Western and Cleveland Clinic’s campus, as well as local restaurants and the airport. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities as described. Andrea was a very friendly and responsive host and helped us with many things that came up, including request for early check-in and resolving some parking issues.
