The space
Hardwood floors run through the open living and dining area, with carpet in both bedrooms and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a smart TV, and the living room sofa opens into a queen bed for a third colleague. The counter seats four on bar stools, which is enough surface to lay out booth materials the night before, and there is a desk for the calls that follow. The kitchen is fully equipped down to the coffee pot and filters, so a six o'clock start does not depend on a hotel lobby. Both bathrooms are full baths with a tub and shower, towels and toiletries stocked. The apartment is yours alone for the length of the stay, with no shared kitchen or front desk to work around.

The neighborhood
The Huntington Convention Center is a walk from the door, and East 4th Street, where clients want to eat, is three minutes. Guests here on a conference tend to walk over in the morning and use the car only for dinner reservations further out. Playhouse Square is three, Rocket Arena two, Progressive Field one. The Warehouse District is a walk west for a quieter dinner. Cleveland State University and the Wolstein Center are three minutes east. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is a twelve minute drive, and Cleveland Clinic's main campus is ten if the trip is a medical meeting.
