The space

The two bedrooms each have a queen bed, closet space with hangers and shelving, and premium blinds. The living room has a work desk and oversized windows, and the sofa opens into a queen bed for a fifth or sixth guest. The bathroom, the only one in the apartment, has a shower set in a bathtub, which is worth knowing if you would rather sit down to wash or are travelling with a small child. Laundry is in the unit.

The neighborhood
Case Western Reserve University starts across the road, so the walk to a lab or a lecture hall takes about as long as finding a parking spot would anywhere else. UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital is a minute away, and Little Italy, with its bakeries and its loud Sunday tables, is the same. Severance Music Center and the Cleveland Museum of Art are three minutes, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and the Cleveland Botanical Garden four. The Cleveland Clinic's main campus is a seven-minute drive and downtown Cleveland twelve.
