Andrea’s place was wonderful! In person looked exactly like the pictures!! Easy to follow instructions for check in and check out and Andrea checked in on me to make sure the process went well. The market at the building lowest level is nice and easily accessible!! Also, there were thunderstorms one day that caused outages across The Land, Andrea checked in with building management and provided great communication on when power was back on and who to contact for the garage. She was so sweet and helpful during my stay and the place was immaculate. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. This place is absolutely perfect for people being treated or have family members being treated at Cleveland Clinic. I would prefer this over a hotel room every single time. Thank you, Andrea for sharing this apartment. The instructions on getting into the building, using the gate pass and the fob, the description of elevators, are multi-step but everything was spot on, clear and accurate. The grocery store downstairs is an awesome bonus. The apartment building and parking garage felt very secure. The apartment itself, was clean and looks exactly like the photos listed. Andrea was an excellent communicator, very responsive. I highly recommend and will be back, if needed.

We had an excellent stay at Andrea’s place in Cleveland. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and the check-in process was seamless. The location was convenient, and the space provided a quiet, relaxing place to unwind after busy days. Andrea was responsive, professional, and clearly takes great pride in providing a quality guest experience. We stayed with our daughter and appreciated how safe, welcoming, and comfortable the property felt throughout our visit. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Cleveland area.

The location is great and the property was clean. However, the property did match the listing expectations. One of the dresser drawers was broken, the bathroom fan did not work, the bed was extremely uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep and the pillows were extremely thin. I was left with 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1 bathroom hand towel for a 1 week stay. The 3 kitchen bowls provided were not suitable for eating soup. I had a safety issue with the key fob pad running low on batteries and the door not working properly. I appreciated that Andrea responded quickly to this safety issue and it was fixed the next morning. Cleveland Clinic patients please note: the apartment shuttle stop can *not* accommodate a shuttle with a lift. If you cannot walk up the regular shuttle steps, you will have to find alternate transportation. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless improvements are made.

Exactly as described. Very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. The Fairfax Market being right below us fora quick grocery trip was very handy, never had to even go outside of the building. Would definitely try to stay if ever in the area again. Highly recommend.
