The property itself was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the host’s willingness to let us check in early if possible. However, on this particular stay, the cleaning team was not able to finish the room by the 3:00 p.m. check-in time. We were told it might be ready around 3:15, but when we arrived around 3:20, the cleaning was still not completed. It may have just been unfortunate timing, but we ended up waiting longer than expected, which was difficult as we were in town for our child’s sports competition. From this experience, we learned that for very important events, staying at a hotel might be more reliable. Overall, the building itself is excellent, and that is why my rating reflects the quality of the property rather than this one timing issue.

If, like me, you need a safe place to stay while going to the Cleveland Clinic, this was built precisely for the need, and exceeds the standard - I'd like to give 7/5 stars. There's a shuttle stop outside and to the left of the front entrance, making the trip worry-free, and free to the Clinic. I can imagine the chaos the visit would be without the design of the building including the big fresh market on the first floor - there was clear intention, vision and detailed strategy in the entire design The host, Andrea, is always available to meet a need, answer questions, and I'm pretty sure I vented emotionally about my situation and she encouraged within business boundaries. 🙏🧸 The space.. is perfect, it really is. I had everything I needed and more, including the incredibly soft SUPER SOFT bathmat While it's not built for the boho artsy person, I felt a spiritual sense of support there, plus happy pieces for my AuDHD brain (autism level one), but there's no extra words available

Excellent location, close to CWRU which was important for me. Apartment was super clean and comfortable, building has a great market on the ground floor which is a huge plus, one can get all the basic needs without having to drive. Highly recommend!

Spacious, uncluttered and great location very close to Cleveland Clinic, Crile Bldg, Cole Eye Institute, etc. Really appreciated the free parking in garage and Meijer Fairfax Market below the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the place and location. Accommodation really beautiful and has a lot of amenities. Perfectly close to the cleveland clinic. Gym was a bit small for me but great for a quick workout. Andrea was such an amazing host with quick response times. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.
