This furnished two-bedroom in Little Italy, Cleveland has a private driveway with a spot of its own, which is not a given on these blocks. Cleveland Clinic's main campus is an eight-minute drive and Case Western Reserve University three. It sleeps six, and the Italian market across the street covers made-to-order food and whatever you forgot to pack.
The space
Two bedrooms hold a queen bed and a smart TV each, and a sleeper sofa in the living room opens to a full queen, so a family of six is not improvising. Wood floors cover the common rooms and carpet covers the bedrooms and living room. The open living and dining space holds a 55-inch TV, two accent chairs and a table. The kitchen has a full stove and oven, plus a microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and the pots, pans and dishes are already in the cupboards. The full bathroom has a large shower. The patio outside has seating. Laundry sits in the building, steps from the apartment door, which counts on a stay measured in weeks.
The neighborhood
Little Italy keeps its restaurants, bakeries and galleries within a few walkable blocks, and the kitchens on Murray Hill Road and Mayfield Road pull people in from the rest of the county. University Circle is three minutes west, with Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Botanical Garden and the Cleveland Museum of Art. Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital is four minutes out. When one person in the group is not driving, the Little Italy-University Circle RTA Red Line station sits inside the neighborhood and runs straight downtown.
