About Andrea
Andrea Horaitis founded Nearwell, formerly AMH Rental Properties, and has hosted guests next to Cleveland Clinic main campus for more than five years. She and her team manage every apartment directly, so the person who answers your message is the person responsible for your stay.
Nearwell's apartments sit around Cleveland Clinic main campus, with others in University Circle, Little Italy, downtown Cleveland, Cleveland Heights and North Canton. Twenty-nine are in Fairfax, within walking distance of main campus.
